Postal Corporation of Kenya & Barclays Bank Of Kenya launched an Agency Banking partnership on 2nd March 2016. The two organizations continue to exhibit cordial business relations over the years. The former PMG & CEO Dr.Enock Kinara during his speech statedm “The elaborate staff credit facilities that we have mutually been engaged in since the year 2009 is one of the great fetes that has truly empowered our human resource and cemented the long fruitful cooperation between the two institutions.”

The Former PMG & CEO Dr.Enock Kinara together with BBK CEO Mr.Jeremy Awori both carried successful Barclays bank transactions at Ngara road post office.
This partnership will make it easy for BBK customers to access their Bank Account Balance records and any enquiry related to their deposits without having to walk to their respective bank branches. They will also be able to enjoy the following services:

Request for mini statements
Cash withdrawals using a debit/ATM card
Cash deposits using a debit/ATM card
All these services will conveniently be within our strong footprint of 182 Post Office outlets countrywide. Dr.Kinara stated during the launch that, “We expect to be fully operational in over 400 Post Offices countrywide by the end of June 2016.” Said the former PMG.
In addition the Former PMG emphasized on PCK’s robust ICT infrastructure during the launch at Ngara Road post office, “This growing partnership demonstrates the Bank’s confidence in Posta Kenya’s capacity to meet their expectations in provision and delivery of efficient payment services to customers.”
This partnership with the Barclays Bank of Kenya, which is part of a large portfolio of Financial Institutions that Posta Kenya has partnered with both in the public and private sector, is a clear testimony of PCK’s relentless drive to be a one-stop-shop for modern and technology oriented products and services for a sustained business growth going forward.
