Posta Kenya & Easycoach partnership

PCK and Easycoach have entered into a courier and international EMS agency partnership. This  will see the Corporation efficiently deliver  its mandate.  The signing of the contract was witnessed by PMG & CEO Mr.Dan Kagwe and easycoach MD Azym Fossa, on monday 11th 2017.


PCK & Nairobi County parnership

PCK has entered into a partnership with the Nairobi county Government on ICT infrastructural project in which PCK will be collecting on behalf of the county, host the county call center and provide courier services. This was a major milestone in securing county governmentbusiness. The occasion was graced by H.E the president,Deputy president,ICT ministry CS and PS,PMG among other senior government officials.


MPOST A new innovation on Mail delivery

The Cabinet Secretary Ministry Of ICT Joe Mucheru graced the occasion  acknowledging the tremendous effort that PCK is  making with its entry into emerging digital markets.

The CS during his speech noted, “Postal Corporation Of Kenya  is on the right path in placing priorities in digital innovations as it adjusts to changing markets.”


CS MOICT stated in his opening remarks that, “I am proud to state that Posta Kenya has identified the importance of technology by developing new ground-breaking products that complement its core mandate of delivering financial, communication and distribution solutions to its customers.”

Payment Services

Payment Services Directorate is tasked with providing both domestic and international payment and money transfer solutions to both individual and Corporate customers.
The process can be done either manually or via an online application systems namely, EFT PostaPay, PostaPesa and IFS which have been developed using latest up-to-date technological standards and in liaison with Postal Technology Centre of Universal Postal Union (UPU).
Payments are done through the above systems for collections and disbursements at the various Postal outlets nationwide. These payments can be done for both individual and corporate level which can be Governmental and non-Governmental.

Posta Kenya Jumia Partnership

Kenya’s leading online mall, Jumia has partnered with Postal Corporation Of Kenya to allow its customers to pick up items they purchase on the website from Post offices across the country.

Customers can select the option to pick-up products from a Post office closest to them during the checkout process, the product(s) will be dispatched to the selected office and customers can payfor the items via cash through Postapay orMpesa during pick up.

Parinaz Firozi Managing Director, Jumia Kenya said, “We are delighted that our customers can now pick up items they order on Jumia from selected Post offices across the country, this is a new direction in providing a stress-free, safe and convenient shopping experience.”

Jumia hopes to tap more customers through the partnership with Postal Corporation of Kenya by bringing the services closer to them through it vast network of Post offices countrywide. The move will also boost E-commerce uptake in the country which is growing by double digits. “

President Kenyatta approves more Huduma centers

His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya on 13th February 2015 directed and approved the establishment of twenty additional Huduma Centers in different Counties by June 2015. President, Uhuru Kenyatta, made the declaration during a Huduma Kenya Service Delivery Summit Meeting where he is the substantive chair. The Huduma Secretariat has a Memorandum of Understanding with Posta Kenya to host the Huduma Centers and provide service to citizens in all the 47 Counties.

The additional 20 Huduma Centers includes; Muranga, Kirinyaga, Nyandarua, Tharaka Nithi, Laikipia, Makueni, Migori, Homabay, Nyamira, Kericho, Busia, Trans-Nzoia, Baringo, Nandi, Lamu, Taita Taveta, Kilifi, Marsabit, Samburu and Garissa. The new Huduma centres will be operational on or before 30th June 2015 as per the Presidential directive going forward.
